* The requirements for EOW unlimited acceptance (A-III/1) is (a) a National Diploma or (b) proof of registration for study with a technical college towards obtaining your National Diploma, and a valid eyesight test
* The requirements for Chief Engineer unlimited acceptance (A-III/3) is (a) an EOW Certificate of Competency or (b) a National Diploma and completion of the A-III/1 level maritime study program
